01Agreeing to these terms
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and [Legal company name] ("PRAJ.AI," "we," "us"). They cover praj.ai, app.praj.ai, our email inboxes and our text alerts (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
If you use the Service for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf, and "you" includes that business.
02Your account
- You must be at least 18 and using the Service for business purposes.
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password private. You're responsible for activity in your account, including by team members you invite.
- Tell us right away at hello@praj.ai if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.
03The Service
PRAJ.AI reads the business documents you send, such as invoices, receipts and sales reports. It organizes the data into dashboards, sends alerts and answers questions about your business. Each location you add receives its own inbox address for forwarding documents.
We are always improving the Service, and features may change. We will tell you in advance about changes that significantly reduce what the Service does for you.
04Founding Business Program
During our early-access period, we may offer the Service free of charge to selected businesses for a limited time, typically three to six months. Early-access features are still being developed. They may change, have errors or be unavailable at times. We welcome your feedback and may use it to improve the Service without any obligation to you.
05Your data
- You own your data. Documents you send and the information in them remain yours.
- Permission to process: you give us a limited permission to store, copy, analyze and display your data only to provide, secure and improve the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Your responsibility: send only documents you have the right to share, and don't send information we haven't asked for, such as full card numbers, bank passwords or employees' government ID numbers.
- Export and deletion: you can export or delete your data at any time.
06Not professional advice
Results are generated automatically, including with artificial intelligence, from the documents you provide. They may be incomplete or wrong, for example if a document is unclear or missing. Please review important figures before making decisions such as changing prices, disputing a charge, switching suppliers or adjusting staff. You are responsible for decisions you make using the Service.
07Text message terms (PRAJ.AI Alerts)
- What you'll get: if you opt in, PRAJ.AI Alerts sends texts about your business, such as price changes, possible duplicate charges, forecasts and account notices. You can also text questions back to us.
- How to opt in: check the text alert box when you sign up or turn on alerts in your settings, then confirm your number.
- Frequency: message frequency varies, usually up to one alert a day per business plus replies to your messages.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
- Stop: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. We'll send one confirmation, then no more texts unless you opt in again.
- Help: reply HELP or email hello@praj.ai.
- Not required: agreeing to texts is not a condition of using PRAJ.AI.
- Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: we don't share your mobile number or opt-in consent with third parties for marketing. See the Privacy Policy.
If you change or give up your mobile number, update it in your settings or reply STOP from the old number.
08Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to:
- break the law or violate anyone's rights, including privacy rights;
- upload malware or content you don't have the right to share;
- access other customers' data or try to get around security or usage limits;
- copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Service, or use it to build a competing product;
- overload the Service, for example with automated bulk requests we haven't approved.
09Fees
The Service is free during the Founding Business Program. Before we start charging, we will tell you the price and give you at least 30 days' notice. Paid plans will only start if you agree to them. If you don't, you can export your data and close your account.
10Our property
PRAJ.AI, its software, design, logos and content (other than your data) belong to us or our licensors. We give you a limited, non-transferable right to use the Service under these terms.
11Ending your use
You can close your account at any time in your settings or by emailing us. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the Service or other users at risk. Where reasonable, we will warn you first. After an account is closed, we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that every document will be read correctly.
13Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, PRAJ.AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100.
14Indemnity
If a third party makes a claim against us because of content you uploaded or your violation of these terms, you agree to cover reasonable losses and costs, including legal fees, that result.
15Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in [County, State]. Before filing a claim, both sides agree to try to resolve it informally by contacting the other for at least 30 days.
16Changes to these terms
